In early 2025, the Vail Valley Foundation brought me on to create the official artwork for the GoPro Mountain Games — a four-day festival in Vail, Colorado (June 5–8) that celebrates athletes, art, music, and mountain culture.
With over 30 competitions ranging from kayaking and mountain biking to rock climbing and slacklining, the goal was to capture the energy and diversity of the games in one vibrant, sun-soaked illustration. They wanted something bright, full of summer vibes, and packed with action — showcasing the athletes and the spirit of the mountains. We also created a complimenting poster for the Mountains of Music festival that takes place in the evenings of the mountain games featuring over 24 artists.
